use an insulation tube to protect the line connected to the tip of the base, I striped mine from a telephone wire. we do this so that we won’t have a short-cut.7. 
that’s so cute, we made a small tunnel to the wire by cutting a crack so that edge of the bulb will be now flat.

placing the cup is an easey step, just glue it in the spot that the wier with the tube is just enaf to reach the welding spot of the second base, the tape will help you to keep it steady.

this is the last part where everything is coming together, we have the glued cup we weldded the wire with the tub to the welding point in the second base, and we welded a extra wire to the tip of the second base and connected it to the ‘naked’ wire. now some insulation, with the tape cover the base so that wire from the tip will not touch the base. and one nice tape over both of the expose wires. at this point i will say deaping the base that we just welded to with nice clear apoxsie will be the safest.
